Letter From Pastor

Glory to Jesus Christ!

Thanks be to God for you, dear parishioner donors. During this difficult time, you have found spiritual refuge through prayer in your domestic church and you join in the universal prayer that continually takes place in our parish of the Holy Chief Apostles Peter and Paul. Thanks be, that you regularly listen to the Word of God, which I share with you in Bible studies, that your interest is deepening and that you send your responses. With every word of Scripture the Lord guides us spiritually, revives us, and renews in us the image of His Son, the Risen Lord Jesus Christ.

God’s love and mercy for us are boundless. The Lord wants our love and mercy to also be boundless.

I thank God for those of you who support their maternal parish as best they can, who believe that by giving they sow and the Lord multiplies.

Dear ones in Christ, remember that every good deed will bring a positive result. The two small coins of the poor widow did not go unnoticed by our Lord Jesus Christ, but on the contrary, He set her as an example for all.

“Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy” (Matt. 5:7).

“One person is lavish yet grows still richer; another is too sparing, yet is the poorer” (Prov. 11:24).

The Holy Apostle Paul in his letter to the Galatians encourages us to be merciful and generous:

“Bear one another’s burdens, and so you will fulfill the law of Christ” (Gal. 6:2).

May the blessings of the Lord always be with you!

Fr. Petro Dvirnyk, pastor and administrator
